Daily Planner

Make today part of the bigger picture.

This isn't just another daily to-do list. It's for those days — or those people — when you want to plan with a little more intention.

Busy days can easily fill themselves. There is always something to answer, organise or tick off — but being busy doesn't necessarily mean we're moving towards what really matters to us. Your Daily Planner invites you to pause for a moment before you get going: What matters today? Why does it matter? And how do I want to show up?

Start with Today’s Focus & Why. What matters most today, and why does it deserve your attention? Think about whether there is one thing you can do today that moves you a little closer to a bigger goal or vision. It doesn't have to be something big, small, consistent steps count too.

Then choose your Mindset for the Day. How do you want to show up today? Calm, courageous, focused, curious? Your mindset might connect to a bigger goal, an intention you're working on or simply what you need that day.

Capture what needs to get done in your to-do list, then use the morning, afternoon and evening sections to give your day some structure. You don't need to plan every minute — just enough to help you see what fits where. At the end of the day, take a moment to notice what sparked joy and what you'd like more of tomorrow. It's a small reflection that can help you notice not only what you accomplished, but what made the day feel good.

And remember: you don't have to use every section every day. Experiment with it, notice what helps, and make the planner work for you.

Weekly Planner

See your whole week at a glance.

Some weeks are about deadlines and meetings. Others are a juggling act of work, appointments, family life and everything in between. And sometimes you simply need one place to see it all.

Your Weekly Planner is deliberately flexible. Use it to organise your working week, coordinate family life, keep track of appointments and personal plans — or turn it into a content or social media planner. There are no fixed rules and no overly prescribed system, just enough structure to give you an overview and enough space to make it work for you.

Start with You Got This to capture the most important things you want to get done that week. Use the daily sections for appointments, deadlines, tasks, plans or whatever else you need to keep in sight. And anything you already have in mind for the following week can go straight into For Next Week.

Seeing the whole week in one place can also help you spot when you're trying to fit in too much — and where you still have a little breathing room.

Monthly Planner

See my month ahead

Sometimes you don't need more detail — you need an overview. Your Monthly Planner gives you one place to see the bigger picture of the weeks ahead.

Use it for important dates, appointments, deadlines, birthdays, family plans, travel or anything else you want to keep in sight. It can be your overview for work, private life or a combination of both.

Seeing the whole month at once can help you spot busy periods, plan ahead and make space for the things that might otherwise get lost in everyday life.

Focus Planner

What's important —
and what's simply urgent?

In a 1954 speech, U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower quoted a former college president: “I have two kinds of problems, the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent.” The distinction between what is urgent and what is important later became associated with what we now know as the Eisenhower Matrix: a simple way to prioritise everything competing for your attention.

When everything sits on one long to-do list, an urgent email can seem just as important as working towards a meaningful goal. The grid helps you step back and ask two simple questions: Is it important? And is it urgent?

The four quadrants

Important + Urgent — Act now: What genuinely needs your attention now.

Important + Not Urgent — Make time: What matters but isn't demanding your attention yet. This is often where your bigger goals, wellbeing, relationships and plans for the future live.
Not Important + Urgent — Pass it on: What needs to happen, but doesn't necessarily need to be done by you.

Not Important + Not Urgent — Let it go: What takes your time without adding much value.

How to get started

If you have a lot on your mind, start with a brain dump. Write everything down first, then decide where each task belongs. If your priorities are already clear, simply write directly into the grid.

The goal isn't to live perfectly organised into four boxes. It's to notice where your time and attention are going. If you're constantly in Act now, you may be spending much of your life reacting. Making more space for Make time can reduce unnecessary last-minute pressure — and help you protect the things that matter before they become urgent.

Because sometimes the things that matter most are precisely the things that aren't shouting for our attention.
