Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

To let us know that you would like to return your order, simply use our online withdrawal function below. You will receive a confirmation once we have received your withdrawal.

Return Shipping

We hope you understand that, as a small independent brand, we’re unable to offer free returns. The cost of returning your order is therefore your responsibility. Please send your return to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount due to you using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery costs you paid for the original shipment. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refundable. If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us at hey@yourwildstar.com before returning it. We’ll take care of it and cover the necessary return shipping costs.
