Right of Withdrawal

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the products. If you ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last product. It is sufficient for you to inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

2. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You have three options to do so:

3. What Happens After You Withdraw

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We will pay you back using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We will not charge you any additional fees for processing the refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

4. Returning the Products

You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Please send returns to:

It is sufficient to send the products before the 14-day return period has expired. Please understand that, as a small brand, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. You are therefore responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. You are only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please package the products appropriately to protect them from damage during return shipping. You do not need to use the original packaging.
